About
REAL ESTATE OBSESSED SINCE 2002! Returning to top level sales after having headed up a local brokerage, I provide the expertise for curating the local inventory to those homes that would suit your personal preferences. I particularly keep an eye on the valuation and exit strategy for your transaction, when and where to buy, when and why to sell. I personally own personal and investment real estate in Santa Barbara, so I know that owning follows the adage, “location, location.” Let me help you with that. I have been serving in the real estate community since 2002, so what I promise is that I will give you my unvarnished opinion on any particular property or area you are searching so I may earn a place in your life as your trusted real estate advisor. I am 100% client-centric. I pride myself on my written transactions and deal with the most difficult of real estate transactions with an unwavering high standard of professionalism, both interpersonally and transactionally. I have my master’s degree is psychology from Pepperdine University, so I often work with the more challenging transactions such as divorce, or estate sales, and love working with first time home buyers. So, please give me a call-I would be honored to help you with your next real estate transaction.
On a personal note, I currently serve on the board for Care4Paws, a fabulous Santa Barbara non-profit serving our community with a mission to keep our animals healthy and happy. I previously volunteered for many years at Transition House where I along with an intrepid group of dedicated friends provided 7,000 cooked meals over several years. I also served as President of the Junior League of Santa Barbara. I have been married for 40+ years, have two beautiful, accomplished daughters, and two great dogs (my furry girls!).
